at ~33 miles for march/didn't work out yesterday really

need to STOP waking up and eating bad food that is lying around! no more nibbles

went about 50 minutes on my jog so i'm going to say 4.5 miles since i go slow

at 18 miles for march...going to do some strength training on my upper body tonight and maybe take tomorrow off

i woke up in the middle of the night and ate like 600 calories worth of absolute shit food
but if my hunger was enough to wake me at 3am, then i don't feel bad
plus i didnt eat much this week at all

today i ran outside for a FULL HOUR which is something to be very proud of!

at 13.5 miles for March so far :)

i realized today that i'm actually quite fit, but my skin is really saggy
i know if i give it a few months it will be fine, since i'm not even 17, but it is still annoying
and probably why i look like i weigh in the 140's when i'm almost in the 120's

while doing cat/cow yoga i realized my stomach isn't bad off, there is just a TON of loose skin since I've lost like 8-10 inches off it
under my arms...i can see such muscle definition but then this odd layer of loose skin with old stretch marks
thighs...was kicking the level to flush the toilet when i noticed an awesome amount of muscle but then next to it on the inner thigh was lots of saggy skin
my boobs are just pathetic. going from a D to a B killed them, RIP cuties

back on track until spring break! only two weeks, so it won't be too hard...then over spring break i'm binging one day and being super-lax on st pattys day
-eat healthy (protein, fruits, veggies!)
-keep up with some sort of physical activity daily (walking, jogging or biking)
-strength train at least once a week (saturday)
- weigh on sundays
- allow sugar free sweets only, foods that are savory but made with some sugar are okay
- allow ONE dessert on sunday IF i accomplish all else during the week
- no coffee or soda, tea okay

i've been eating a lot of crap lately
i haven't lost weight in so long i've lost all hope and motivation
so i kill myself cutting calories and then no weight loss. spring break i'm going to be loosey goosey, then hit it hard for 9-weeks until summer

ive been pretty lenient lately, like this is my 3rd week
i love sweets :(
had 1/2 a take5 bar, little butter finger heart last night...bites of ice cream, bite of cake

brown rice, veggie, chicken stir fry (400)
popcorn (100)
1/2c 1% milk with cocoa (80)
few bites sandwich (40)

tomorrow is going to be so bad aye yi

today i walked for about 40 minutes, biked for 20

friday and saturday didn't eat enough at ALL so i hope i havent fucked my metab
going to eat freely (enough) today and tomorrow to make up for it, and maybe use walking to work out

friday walked for 30ish minutes
saturday walked for like 2 hours

felt sick on saturday so didn't force food even though awesome food was offered to me

oh man a cadburry egg in my mouth please

i had girl scout cookies (1 somoa, 1 cafe) but only 700 calories, going out to sushi right now...walked for about 30 minutes

today i saved 100 calories and had a fun sized milky way and a mini bar of health by chocolate- the milky way was amazing!
i walked for 45 minutes, didn't walk yesterday because i had a facial

i think i'm going to the gym friday unless i plan to go out, which means i wouldn't work out at all...tough decision
saturday i know i'll be able to walk during the day but not be able to go to the gym
social life vs diet!

if anyone reads this- tell me about how you celebrated :)

had spinach with turkey and edamame for breakfast, sandwich with carrots and an orange for lunch

mom bought fat free chips that are 75 calories for 20 chips...had 40 calories worth and felt like i was living it up, had some spinach salad and sandwich with it

turkey burgers for dinner again, with white wheat buns and mixed steamed veggies...

i think i'm doing yoga fusion tonight, if not, more walking i suppose

revamp diet to avoid insanity

i had 2 girl scout cookies: 1 sugar free brownie, 1 do-si-do peanut butter creme
for 90 calories, it was an awesome dessert. i know the calories are worthless, but i ate all my other calories in the most optimal way

had one of my favorite dinners:
Salmon (5.5 oz all to myself)
baby spinach salad (with low-cal italian that was actually amazing)
rice pilaf (orzo reminds me of skin, but it was really good when i used it to garnish my salad)
and then some pariseinne carrots with allspice

ran for 15 minutes, got bored, walked for another 25+helped deliver girl scout cookies for about 20 minutes
