did 3.5 miles
at ~33 miles for march/didn't work out yesterday really

need to STOP waking up and eating bad food that is lying around! no more nibbles

went about 50 minutes on my jog so i'm going to say 4.5 miles since i go slow

at 18 miles for march...going to do some strength training on my upper body tonight and maybe take tomorrow off

i woke up in the middle of the night and ate like 600 calories worth of absolute shit food
but if my hunger was enough to wake me at 3am, then i don't feel bad
plus i didnt eat much this week at all

AND
today i ran outside for a FULL HOUR which is something to be very proud of!

i realized today that i'm actually quite fit, but my skin is really saggy
i know if i give it a few months it will be fine, since i'm not even 17, but it is still annoying
and probably why i look like i weigh in the 140's when i'm almost in the 120's

while doing cat/cow yoga i realized my stomach isn't bad off, there is just a TON of loose skin since I've lost like 8-10 inches off it
under my arms...i can see such muscle definition but then this odd layer of loose skin with old stretch marks
thighs...was kicking the level to flush the toilet when i noticed an awesome amount of muscle but then next to it on the inner thigh was lots of saggy skin
my boobs are just pathetic. going from a D to a B killed them, RIP cuties

back on track until spring break! only two weeks, so it won't be too hard...then over spring break i'm binging one day and being super-lax on st pattys day
goals:
-eat healthy (protein, fruits, veggies!)
-keep up with some sort of physical activity daily (walking, jogging or biking)
-strength train at least once a week (saturday)
- weigh on sundays
- allow sugar free sweets only, foods that are savory but made with some sugar are okay
- allow ONE dessert on sunday IF i accomplish all else during the week
- no coffee or soda, tea okay

i've been eating a lot of crap lately
i haven't lost weight in so long i've lost all hope and motivation
so i kill myself cutting calories and then no weight loss. spring break i'm going to be loosey goosey, then hit it hard for 9-weeks until summer

ive been pretty lenient lately, like this is my 3rd week
i love sweets :(
had 1/2 a take5 bar, little butter finger heart last night...bites of ice cream, bite of cake
